- Account Management – Our trust accounting systems and processes are in place to ensure timely collection of payments from your guests. Remittances are made to property owners on an End-of-Month basis.
- Guest Services – In addition to providing personalised check-in and check-out services, our team is available for any issues or inquiries guests might have during their stay.
- Property Maintenance – We monitor your property for any maintenance issues, through observation during cleaning and regular management inspections.
